Almost half of the 500 most popular sunscreen products may actually increase the speed at which malignant cells develop and spread skin cancer because they contain vitamin A or its derivatives, according to an evaluation of those products released today.

Once again we’re hurting ourselves while trying to protect ourselves.  How many times have we heard this will cause cancer, while that will prevent it only to find out that we didn’t know what we were talking about?  Then again, that could be reversed again later.

Don’t overindulge in anything and don’t do anything stupid. That’s about all that you can do.  When even the stuff that’s supposed to help prevent cancer actually helps its spread, what else can you do?
