So, why marriage? That’s something that has always been between a man and a woman. It’s not up for negotiation. It’s changing the definition of not only a word, but also an institution.
I’ll tell you why. It’s exactly like building the mosque at ground zero. They want to dominate their enemies and take away our identity. The problem is that you can call it marriage all that you want, but it simply isn’t. It doesn’t make it right just because you may for a time be able to call your relationship a marriage. Try as you may, you will never actually have a marriage between 2 men or 2 women. That’s not what marriage is.
